YourMatrix respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users of our platform to do the same.

1. Designated DMCA Agent

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), YourMatrix has designated the following agent to receive notifications of claimed copyright infringement:

Company: Best ROI Media LLC
Platform: YourMatrix
Phone: (832) 509-6705
Email: dmca@yourmatrix.io
Registration: DMCA-1070202

Our designated agent is registered with the United States Copyright Office as required by law. All DMCA-related correspondence must be directed to the contact information above.

2. Safe Harbor Notice

YourMatrix operates as an online service provider under the DMCA’s safe harbor provisions (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)). We do not pre-screen content uploaded by users but respond expeditiously to valid takedown notices submitted to our designated agent.

Our commitments: We act on valid DMCA notices within 24–48 hours, notify affected users of content removal, maintain a documented repeat infringer policy, and do not interfere with standard technical measures used by copyright owners.

3. How to File a Takedown Request

If you believe content on YourMatrix infringes your copyright, you can file a takedown request online or send a written notification to our designated agent at dmca@yourmatrix.io.

Upon receipt of a valid notification, YourMatrix will:

  • Acknowledge receipt of your notice within 24 hours.
  • Review the claim and verify the notice contains all legally required information.
  • Remove or disable access to infringing content within 24–48 hours of receipt.
  • Notify the uploader of the removal and provide information about the counter-notification process.
  • Log the action in our compliance records.

4. Required Information

To be valid under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your takedown notice must include all of the following. Incomplete notices will not be acted upon.

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered.
  • The specific URL or location on YourMatrix where the allegedly infringing material can be found.
  • Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Note: Submitting a false DMCA notice may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorney’s fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

5. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent at dmca@yourmatrix.io.

A valid counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the content that was removed and its location before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to jurisdiction of the federal district court for your district.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, YourMatrix will forward it to the original complainant. If no lawsuit is filed within 10–14 business days, we will restore the removed content in good faith.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

YourMatrix maintains a strict repeat infringer policy in compliance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i). Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright will be terminated. The following enforcement structure applies:

  • First Offense: Formal warning issued. Infringing content removed permanently.
  • Second Offense: Temporary account suspension. Duration determined by severity.
  • Third Offense: Permanent account termination. No appeal available.

YourMatrix reserves the right to terminate any account at any time for copyright infringement at our sole discretion, including prior to a third offense, if the infringement is willful or egregious in nature.

Important: This policy is actively enforced. Accounts found to be in violation are documented in our compliance system. Circumventing a suspension by creating a new account is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in immediate permanent ban.
